Hi Michael, you’ve picked up a load of killer albums this year. Some of my favourites like Gris Gris and Last Autumn’s Dream (their 3rd). Mama Roux, what a song… that album sounds like nothing else on Earth. I’d love to pick up a copy of Supernatural Fairy Tale… it’s been on my want list for ages too. You showed a good few that I wasn’t familiar with that looked really cool. Really like the sound of that High Tide album… love a sea shanty (just gave it a listen, very different sound with the violin). Hi Jack, I just started getting into Jade Warrior this year and picked up 2 of their albums, Last Autumn Dream being my favorite of the 2. You're right, that album sounds like nothing else on Earth! I had to pay up for the Art album, but it's worth every penny, too bad it's not an original! High Tide blew me away first time hearing it, it was recommended to me by one of my viewers. Nice finds, you had a great year! That is the third Jade Warrior, the first two are also swirls and fantastic spins. Plastic Cloud are local favorites and every so often are still found in the wild here in Southern Ontario. I have an original of their one and only 45. Cheers.

@@nearwildheaven4840 Released is the second album, the first is self titled on Vertigo 1971. Plastic Cloud originals are crazy expensive but cheap compared to one of our other local psychedelic holy grails The Bent Wind. Merry Christmas.

Holy sh!t you had a rocking year for picking up some killer records! Lots of those are high on my want list! I had a chance at the High Tide LP at a RS but it was like $50 for a reissue so I passed. Hey Brian, one of my viewers recommended the High Tide album in their comment and a few months later I came across it at one of my local record stores, I never heard of it and when I played it, I was blown away! My favorites are the Flat Earth Society, and Freeborne, both excellent psych albums. Thanks for tuning in and I'll try to give you a call before the end of the year. Nice work! You brought home a lot of excellent LPs. Still needing Art and Bit a Sweet. I bought Waleeco years ago, but had to return it as it was defective. Never got another copy. I have to look into that first Jade Warrior. 🍄🍌🌵

Hi Randy, there's several reissues of the Prunes live album, and I think they all sound pretty good. The Art album is out of print and pricey, my copy is an unofficial copy on Lott records and sounds decent, but good luck finding one! Thanks for tuning in and Happy Holidays to you as well!

Hello Michael, according to the liner notes of a Black Sabbath Rhino CD reissue they were listening to that album by Art when they were working on their first album. I remember seeing Vinyl Richie the last time I embarked on the Orient Express. I have the first two Guru Guru albums but that 3rd album is going up in price. Happy Holidays

Sea shanties is a total monster lp! Ya gotta love that distorted electric violin. I have the timeless label variant. I really dig the debut lp by Guru guru. Super psych with badass guitar riffage. Nice stuff! 👍

Interesting albums here. My fave album this year was Mothers live, the 3cd version. My friend bought a 2cd version. Why do company such things? If you try Feelies play Velvet Underground I try or buy Plastic Cloud....

Plastic Cloud is a favorite. I still don’t have a vertical swirl. I looked up The Freebourne. I will see if I can find a reissue. Art is really good. I also like the first Spooky Tooth. After that I haven’t heard anything that clicked with me. I’ve been getting into the poppier type stuff. I will check out Flat Earth Society. My local store has that Index album. The Orient Express is one of my best finds of the year. I think that Electric Prunes has some of their most Psychedelic music.

I love the Plastic Cloud, if I'm not mistaken, I think it was you who I first seen show that album. The Freeborne is excellent and highly recommended. Besides the Art album, I like Spooky Tooth's first four albums. Their album, The Last Puff has a killer version of I am the Walrus. Flat Earth was surprisingly good, you can stream it on KZbin. The Orient Express is incredible. Thanks for tuning in Richie!

I just had a new heating unit installed in my apartment, and the mic on my camera picks up every little sound, it even picks up the refrigerator hum, I know it's annoying, but there's not a lot I can do about it, the only thing I can think of, is turn off the heating unit while recording, but there's still the hum of the fridge. Thanks for the recommendation, I'll definitely check out Magick Potion. Thanks for watching.
