Favourite Powders of 2024 | Indian skin tone

Im curious about the DM powder in yellow. But i recently Bought the Laura Mercier Ultra blur in the color for medium skintones and it makes my skin look literally yellow. I was so mortified. I dont understand how the models they chose to show off the powder could possibly wear it, I'm literally darker than them. Low key thinking of dumping some of the powder into an empty jar and mixing it with blue eyeshadow to try and fix it.

@@tedoymisojos oh no, sorry to hear your experience with LM powder...maybe try mixing in some translucent or white powder to dilute the yellow.. If that doesn't work and you have a pink powder, try mixing that combo.. DM Yellow evolution powder Is very sheer.. it doesn't make my skin go yellow unlike many others.. If in doubt, she also makes a translucent version.. You can go for that.. 😃
