In this cooking vlog after constructing my DIY clay Tandoor first time I attempted to cook aloo paratha. And it was successful attempt and result was beyond the expectations. I cooked for whole family and all gone mad for this paratha and and they gave other names to these paratha like Amritsari naan, Amritsari kulcha, Punjabi naan like all demanded for nihari and chhole to complement these amazing parathas. And now I can say that my giant clay tandoor is a successful appliance of my outdoor kitchen.
