It makes you realise that the programme had a very strong supporting cast.

When you watch these they seem like it was yesteryear and you have great memories of it being on tv now you think I don’t have much time left

You've got a few people mixed up with the wrong characters - but it's a pretty good list :-)

Mr. Hamilton is my favourite, his acting in the "Waldorf Salad" was superb 👌

I was once in New York and made a special journey to the 'Waldorf Hotel' to sample....yes, you guessed it! (Nice, but no where as funnyor tasty as the original episode!)

@6:23 someone didn't get their maths right, Basil Henson was born in 1918, and so wasn't 61 in the show, it's a bit hard to age only 11 years in 15

So sad that Brian Hall (Terry) died so young and Michael Gwynne (Melbury) died soon after this episode was shot. What about the three men, the one with the beard who worked for O’Reilly, old mother Mrs Johnson, Alan and Jean Wilson. Yvonne, who died a few years ago actually played Mrs Pentgoir in Gourmet Night.

"Man with beard" was Michael Cronin who played Mr Baxter in Grange Hil, and I'm pretty sure Terry Hall was in The Long Good Friday.

Rather than having a disclaimer at the start, why don't you just double check the accuracy of the information that you are providing ?

Unfortunate mistake at 4'21"! You show Mr Carnegie as John Quarmby 'then' but show that he died in 2019 with a photo of JOHN CLEESE! (Maybe Basil died, but John is still very much alive and earning lots of money from the Fawlty Towers Play - which has just been extended in London's West End until April 2025!) It's incredibly funny and was written by, and directed by the great John Cheese himself! (That WAS his original name you know!)

The old John Quarmby 4:20 doesn’t only look like John Cleese. It actually is John Cleese, so why put the photo of John Cleese and claim it’s John Quarmby? Too little or too much to do?
