Taka is Japanese for Hawk or Falcon which is why we see it, if you remember back to the hideout scene ages ago we see the snake taken by the the hawk , just as sasukes team has changed from Hebi (snake ) to Taka (hawk)

Its also a reference to prior scenes when Sasuke confronted Orochimaru, obviously snakes represent Orochimaru, but Sasuke compared the Uchihas to birds of prey. Itachi was like a hawk that would hunt and kill him if they fought, so he decided to hunt a baby bird that was too young to resist him, but when Sasuke confronted him, he had grown enough to take Orochimaru himself (of course, he was sick and dying, so that helped). Sasuke absorbs Orochimaru, uses snake jutsu, the "Orochimaru substitution jutsu," and the curse mark when he wanted to kill Itachi (much like Orochimaru), so he calls his team "Hebi" (snake). They are continuing the legacy of the snake. Now all those snake powers have been sealed away, Sasuke's "mission" to hunt Itachi is over, and he has accepted Itachi as a good older brother who risked everything to protect him. He has shed the snake and is taking flight as a Hawk, just like Itachi, so he changed their name as well to Taka (hawk), which also suggests that he will follow in Itachi's footsteps. The irony is Itachi was always loyal to the Leaf, but Sasuke's plan is to undermine everything his big brother loved.

The crow of course is also very deliberate as it has strong associations to the godess amaterasu in mythology and is the symbol of guidance, and messages.

@@mohanadbakain282 it is what his symptoms suggest. but canonically its a ''mysterious illness'' same goes for Kimimaro. its never stated what his illness is but gleaning from what we know and can see it is likely a form of Bone cancer prevalent in his clan, Orochimaru remarks that it is a shame they never obtained any information on it considering the clan got wiped out. kishimoto had trouble killing off some of his kage level characters like Itachi, Minato and Kimimaro. so he gave them an illness as a handicap or self-sacrifice.

We also here se more instances of the wheel of fate, where descisions are made and entrenched in past history. As much as we Dislike Danzou his mind is set in the dominant mindset of all the nations and villages, 3 wars of mistrust and destruction, We saw this with Chiyo Sama though Naruto broke that mindset, This is also what Jiraya was attempting to unpick. looking back at the series there was a lot of foreshadow to this but we didn't have enough information to deduce or making any connections or conclusions, but a huge key part when he speaks to Sasuke before they fight "how much can your eyes ACTUALLY see" it was a double entendre, he wasn't speaking just literally he was speaking metaphorically as well about who he Itachi actually was and what his actual goals were.

The causes of Itachi’s death, is the same thing that kills many badass anime characters, terminal/mysterious illnesses. However, in the Itachi cases, we can deduce the the caused of his illness. Which is most likely caused by the burden/stress of having to kill his own clan/family, especially at a such young age too, 14 is when he committed the massacre; plus what he is forced to in order to keep his cover in the Akatsuki too. That combine with what the mangekyo is doing to him. Yeah, those things would do a lot of damage to Itachi, both physically and mentally
