You're brilliant. Be careful with the barbell and squats. It's very easy as a beginner, and especially as a woman, to have pelvic instability and have that aggravated through squatting. It's an easy one to cause ligament damage as you will over compensate for the weak side and "wonk" - even if you don't feel it and Steve doesn't observe it. With you looking to be pregnant soon, you'll really feel any pelvic issues +++. There are a lot of squat variations you can do that don't trip it off- kettle bells and single leg stuff to prevent lazy sides from giving up. .x.

Have you thought about keeping a personal journal faye? I`ve had depression ,on and off ,and the therapist said if i wasn`t comfortable telling someone ,to write it down? I found it easier and it was so nice to just let it all out.Might be worth a thought ,for what you don`t feel you want to share with us (and your videos are most definitely NOT "crap") ,you have honestly kept me going the last few months ,when my emotions have been so up and down.Thankyou for what you so share ,and thank you for being you.Mwaaah! 💗💗

Rooting for you on the ivf faye. For a quick weight loss, check out Keto diet, watch a few videos. I lost weight very quickly on it and you don't go hungry. My doctor has taken me off all my meds. Just 2 weeks on keto and that extra weight will be gone. Worth a look. Wish you the very best xxx

No no no Faye please do not get your hair dyed when you are going through ivf ....... the amount of chemicals in hair dye is frightening and you need to just ensure the only thing you are exposing your body to is the ivf drugs . I know its maybe not for me to say but i am so wanting it to go well for ypu and syeve and the boys as i kniw how much u want this little addition to your family px

Sorry u were feeling down i woje u in a funk yesterday for no real reason and i cannot shake it off no matter what i do i do believe a lot of it has to do with my sleeping pattern its all over the place due to meds having to be taken over 24 hrs so i end up napping and at most get 4 hours in a block ... thats my rant over lol. Hope u feeling better the farm you went to looked like fun oh my how quickly are the boys growing up px
