FAYS INFILL - PART 2 - WORST CLIENT EVER 🤬😡😱

Hey guys
Here is part 2 of Fays Infill, the worst client ever has taken over once again and is creating rage in my salon again!. Fay is SO picky when I do her nails I hate it.
Todays video is us doing ALOT of talking and also so much bickering between us, this is my job not hers I've been doing this for 20 years and she thinks she can tell me what to do!. Anyway less complaining, even though shes just back for an infill i think these nails are gorgeous, they aren't the most blingy nails i've done but they are amazing for fays day to day use and compliment her very well.

Once you get it right, they're SUPER loyal and will tell everyone who listens about what a great job you've done. It's not that people think "animosity" is real. It's the fact that Faye is really a nightmare client. Nothing wrong with knowing what you want, but People think she's annoying because she tells Kristy how to do her job and the fact that she hid the 12 bottles of glitter that weren't hers. Yes, they are able to joke around because they are friends, but Faye is really like that according to Kristy.

Not in the same business, but we would charge very difficult customers an "AG" fee. (aggravation fee) The fee would increase with the level of aggravation. Some customers would become less difficult others never learned. I think Fay would be one of the latter.

I legit had a salon where no one wanted to do my nails. Yes I was picky but nothing like Fay. I wanted my nails square and they always made them squoval and the nail art was terrible. So then i started down the path of doing my own nails. Sometimes its less about a picky client and just a really bad salon with poor training. Kirsty is bomb and anyone would be lucky to have her as their technician!

I don’t know; I love the fact that Fay gets her nails done this long and they don’t look garish. You two are the perfect combination of a service provider and a consumer. Fay allows Kirsty to show off her skill by picking soooo many different things in a little amount of space and Kirsty ends up allowing Fay to look like a hand model. It’s soooo awesome!

This clearly an example of someone who needs to take their nail technology course and learn to do nails herself. Right now she is trying to coerce other people to do what she would want to do herself, up to their smallest movements. That is pretty tyrannical but probably caused by her not seeing that she needs to learn to do it herself. Instead, she is projecting onto others and using them as an extension of herself. Which is usually pretty unpleasant for anyone who has even the slightest sense of self, i.e.: is not a total doormat. Saying please from time to time doesn't make demands less respectful. She still uses a great artist as a mere mechanical tool.

I've had the WORST nail technician! She was doing my cuticles and cut me.. not once, not twice, but FOUR times, and drew blood with all four! She did not apologize, just grabbed some alcohol on a pad and rubbed them up to stingy hell. Unfortunately, that was the first and only time I did not tip my nail technician. I was practically in tears. The way she showed no remorse made me uncomfortable, so I never went back to that salon period. If she'd done that to me, and so quickly tried to clean it up with alcohol, she'd surely done it to other people, and yet they still kept her working there. Aha, no thanks.

Love your vids :) have you ever considered compressing the audio? I often times have to turn the volume all the way up to hear what you say under your breath but then get blasted out of this universe when you start talking at full volume or laughing.

Kristy, you do an , stunning and marvelous job. Obviously Fey knows that cause if she didn't like the way you do nails she wouldn't come back for infills. Plus, you give her what she wants and you can tell she's the type who likes to be in control and tell people what to do. But you know and all your followers know that you are the one who creates these gorgeous nails with no ones help just your creative mind and skill.
