I feel sorry x sheikh mara. The princes can have a harem but the women should abide by the rules. She should have known that. Her father had so many wives and abused the wives that fought him. I believe that she was brought up in Greece by her mother and choose to be with her father. Her mother should have warned her and mentored her better. She responded emotionally, baby blues, and not according to the Islamic laws of the country she choose to live and marry in. As an American I have known some nice muslins., one who was placed into an arranged marriage of someone she didn't know from her family's home country, never saw her again. Another, at college who came to the US thinking she was free until her younger brother came to the same school and slugged her full in the face when walking behind him, she saw us and waved. I will never go to a muslin country as I do not respect how they treat women. Another thought: I would never have made a public announcement; I would not have started dating right away. Also, I thought the sale of the perfume with the new divorce was the "wrong" statement to make, she would have been better off naming it something like "new beginnings", not something which would trigger the Islamic religion. I would have allowed the father to deal with the situation. Now, didn't the King exile the ex from Dubey? That means she will never see her daughter again. I can’t imagine the father, especially when he already banned her husband from even living in Dubai , or entering the country gave him custody of his granddaughter that is like the most ridiculous betrayal there could be , so basically she has been put forth as an illusion for the world to see hoping Wes would have a different view about the reality for women in a Muslim community, but when it comes down to it, she wasn’t the one that was unfaithful. She lost her child and it’s probably chaperone all the time just in case she has allies that would help her escape. I had a friend that was one of the nannies when she was small. There was always total control regarding anywhere they went ,or what they did. if anyone shattered the illusion of Dubai being a friendly place for women, the sheik did that himself by his own actions to his daughter.
