I picked up a few Paris holos a while back and just used left over steam balance for some glitters. Worst case scenario I have a few more stickers to craft with!

Faze was purchased by the parent company that owns Complexity. There are issues with them owning two teams form a rules perspective. A lot of tournaments to prevent match fixing and throwing games, prevent one org from owning two teams that will compete in the same tournament. Because of this there is strong reason to believe they will ax one of the teams. Faze has a very expensive CS roster so that could contribute to them getting the ax.

Everything doesn't revolve around CS. Faze is hemorrhaging money and one of their largest expenses is probably their current CS roster.

I haven't done any research on them and it's hard to say. What we do know is that being an org is usually a losing business and operates on debt. I don't know their financials so I can't make any conclusions.
