Zack has to pick between going to Shinra HQ for Cloud, or the Sector 6 reactor for Biggs. 5:10: It's a bit dark to see, but you can see the same dog ( though the design is a bit different, so I'm not sure if this would qualify as a different timeline? ) ( though we know Zack went to Shinra HQ in timeline 2, so I'm sure it's still timeline 2 ) 5:41: we can see a pug mascot, which confirms a new/different timeline thoughts on this? lemme know

These are the different realities that exist: 1st Remake and Rebirth is almost the same as the OG. 2nd At the end of the first game after crossing the Whispers barrier, Zack's line is formed with Cloud and Aerith in poor condition. In this line he goes to Shinra to look for Hojo to cure Cloud, although I have doubts because when Zack arrives at the building there is a dog logo and I don't know if it has the same design or not, although I think it is the same line because of the Aerith lasso that Zack carries in his hand, which is the same one he has in the scene where he has to decide between Cloud or Biggs. 3rd and 4th One where Zack decides to help Biggs instead of Cloud and the other where he is undecided because he doesn't know what to do. The 4th meets Sephiroth wanting to enter the church but this timeline is different and Cloud and Aerith are not there (I think Sephiroth is looking for Aerith in different universes to kill her). This 4th Zack is dragged by the dark Whispers and is freed by the Whites in the Lifestream where he is guided by Aerith and then in the forgotten capital, where the convergence of the worlds occurs, he helps Cloud fight Sephiroth. 5th is where the date between Cloud and Aerith takes place and she gives him white matter with all the memories that Aerith from the 1st timeline lost. In this line Aerith gives her white matter to Cloud because her world is already destined to die, Sephiroth enters the church and kills her. Okay, these are all the timelines that have been shown to us and that we can say with confidence. But I believe that a 6th timeline is formed in the forgotten capital when Cloud enters the Whispers' barrier, arrives at the Altar where Aerith prays, Sephiroth is going to kill her and Cloud manages to deflect the hit but has like mixed memories where he confuses what happened in the 1st timeline and what happens in the 6th; I think he is in the 1st timeline but for some strange reason he can see the Aerith he saved in the 6th timeline. Perhaps traveling between worlds allows you to have the ability to see different realities, which is why he is the only one who can see Aerith and the tear in the sky while the others cannot.

The timeline you mentioned is the Shiba Inu timeline (Johnny is seen carrying the Shiba Inu Stamp doll). Zack in this timeline hasn’t made a decision yet of whom he chooses to save, but he’s the one who later fights alongside Cloud against Sephiroth. The fate of Zack from Terrier and Pug timeline still remain unclear.

One thing that bugs me is that at the beginning when Zack picks up unconscious Aerith and brings her and Cloud to Elmyra, we hear that news reporter talking about what happened there. And in Kalm we hear that same news reporter talking about the same stuff. Also If Biggs is back and knows Cloud, that means Cloud was there for all the Avalanche stuff, but now we have an unconcious Cloud in that time line. So either there's 2 Clouds or some really weird split mid way through time lines or what? This feels too much like kingdom hearts....

We’re definitely getting a 3rd game and this is my Theory for FF7 Part 3’s plot: I'm calling this game: *"FINAL FANTASY 7 REMEMBRANCE"* I speculate this will happen maybe not everything but a majority based on speculation. *-The Cloud that we played as in Rebirth gets corrupted and falls under the influence of Sephiroth or Jenova and turns evil. I say this because we see glimpse of it throughout the game especially at the very end. Cloud starts to act very strange, he also has the Black Materia in his possession and he hides it within his Buster Sword. So keep a note of this* *So we play as an alternate version of Cloud that still has the Mako Poisoning, he's from the same reality that Zack is from, meaning that we almost start all over again this would make game logic sense because he would be some what nerfed again. This also means a version of Aireth is still alive in this reality. We're task with saving the OG cloud and helping him remember himself and then they all unite to stop the Meteor from crashing within the original reality that has converge with Zack’s Reality* Part 3 will heavily focus on memories, hopes and connections with others across time and space. it's gonna be interesting to see if I'm completely correct or partially🙂 someone suggested to me that they might call it Resurrection or Revival

Zack is inheriting the experience and memories of what he does in each world. Essentially he's learning as he goes. When he gets bad-ended he just kind of keeps going in another world and by the end of it he has a much better idea of what's going on. When he wakes up in the church his memories and consciousness of what happened were just kind of there. Same like how Biggs retained all of his memories and experiences from the Beagle world after he woke up in Terrier.

Theres actually four timelines. Possibly 5 (if johnny carrying the dog counts). But the fourth comes from aerith and cloud in misgar at the end of the game. Look at the chip bag. Different timeline again. Looks like sephiroth is destroying timelines in order to keep feeding his new one/planet/reality. Infinite power, rule and energy. By the end i believe one timeline will exist where the worlds merge (probably 2 ot 3 will remain) into 1. And no duplicates of anyone. But memories will merge and go from there. Zack you can tell at the end of the game. Sephirothband awrith are basically playing cat and mouse in these timelines/realities. Cloud we've also clearly seen that different points in the game.

The 3 timelines are odd. (A) Aerith: Zack chooses to stay with her because he can't decide between Cloud and Biggs, (B) Biggs: Zack goes to help Biggs who dies because Zack naively talks to him for 5 minutes instead of knocking him out and dragging his dumb @$$ away, and (C) Cloud: Zack goes to see Hojo and gets ambushed. The "correct" option seems to be help Cloud. Zack, Biggs, and Aerith are being railroaded to their deaths because that's their fate. Biggs may survive if Zack isn't there to attract the horde of Shinra grunts while Aerith just really can't be helped. No matter what, though, Cloud has to survive because Fate is protecting him despite it failing to save Tifa, Barrett, or Nanaki. In reality, Aerith HAS to die to fight Sephiroth in the life stream with Holy while Cloud is the only one who can beat Sephiroth with his Omnislash. Sephiroth lets his guard down around Cloud because he thinks Cloud is his puppet. The problem is that someone, Tifa, has to be there to fix Cloud's memories before his confrontation with Sephiroth. That seems to indicate that Tifa is actually alive in the 3rd timeline and she is most likely with Hojo because he likes experimenting on captives. In theory, Zack going after Hojo is his best chance to find Tifa since Cloud wakes up on his own without Hojo's help.

Everything is about the possibilities, once u make a choice, at least two world was created. All the worlds and possibilities store and control by the lifestream, whatever whose world it is, they lead to the same result which is the planet can be saved. But in Remake part 1, Sephiroth fool Clouds team that the fate is bad. After Cloud defeat the fate keeper, the pandora box of possibility the world can be destroyed is open, that's what sephy want! But at the same time, the possibility the world which Zack survive is created, Planet and fate choose him, but everything about Zack survival outcomes are not exist, so even most of choice lead his death, again and again, he can back and make another choice! Lifestream don't know how can Zack save the world, Sephiroth the same, what future could be is unknown, but Zack should save the world which the possibility that Cloud is failed. Clouds story alrady back to OG possibility, but How Aerith and Zack meet at the world could be desteoyed by sephy is unknown, and i think that's main story which the 3rd part mostly about

Personally I was sick and bored with multiverse/timelines from last year.. From spider verse the MCU..DCU..and more..it's something Alot of media are now turning to Now it just comes off as a lack of creativity and a lack of narrative balls.. We want to have our narrative cake and eat it..we don't want to commit to anything.. We want Zack dead..and have the deep meaningfulness of what that means to cloud..but we want him alive..for cool team up moments We want Areith dead..for the narrative..but want her alive to subvert expectations... It speaks perfectly to square as a company.. they're in decline and need to try to appeal to everyone.. When Sakaguchi was around square had narrative balls . Areith was dead.. because the theme of the story was about dealing with lose and moving forward.. When the main character disappears at the end of FFX square had balls..they made a choice ..

The romance scene gives away who the girl is. The one who gets kissed is the canon pairing. Tifa was oblivious because that’s why Cloud went to become stronger when they were young because he wanted to protect her altogether. This romance scene proven that Tifa is the canon love interest. Aerith got cuddles but a kiss is the symbolic strength of all romances. I was all for Aerith but there is still things there with Zack. So we can’t throw that out the window
