In the original it was his level 4, both in remake and rebirth level 2, I wonder what his level 4 will be They changed many levels for each characters limit breaks For example Aerith planer protect was level 3 and fury band was level 2, but in rebirth they swapped them

theres a few in there. mostly cloud and tifa tho. Cloud uses Braver, Blade beam, and Omnislash. Tifa pops like 4 in her Loz fight. Barret with big shot and Cid uses Jump.

I'm kind of sad that Zack and Sephiroth only get one limit break each. Like, immagine that Zacks level 2 Limit was Apocalypse, and Sephiroth's was Shadow Flare.

That's because they're not really complete party members. You can only use them in specific situations or the simulator and they only have one weapon, default abilities and you can't change their equipment or materia.

Unlock them in the respective characters Folio at around party level 8 if i remember correctly, then in battle reach Limit level 3 by using 2 Synergy skills that increase limit level for the character whose lvl 3 limit you are looking to use

He most likely has Enhanced Expedition Medal which automatically gives you access to Lvl 3 Limit breaks.

I feel they could've handled the level 2 and 3 limit breaks better, I mean why lock them behind synergy abilities or an accessory? that forces you to anticipate when you'll have a solo fight as a given character (sacrificing a potentially better accessory in doing so) or be stuck without your upgraded Limit Break, they should've made it so your Limit Level also increases upon using your current highest Limit Break, because if you're having to use multiple Limit Breaks then clearly the base one isn't cutting it

Same as everyone else, unlock it on the folio, then either raise limit level to 3 with synergy skills or equip the accessory that raises limit to level 3.
