Really appreciate the effort you put into making the 2.5 viable for boosting just got 18' fozz and allready want to do somethin like this once out of warranty.

Check out Subaru rocker arm retainer arms clips. Only thing I see as a fail on these engines. I was able to modify my factory ones with 2.0 ford diesel retaining clips. Also polished the cams and did the machining on my mini lathe. Good luck with your build!

A larger diameter crank pulley will get the SC spinning faster as well

Yep! There are clearance issues preventing this solution for the FB25, sadly.

A lot of this is just buying stuff to see what works. With every project, there's things you learn and thus things you'd do differently the next time around. For example, I failed to recognize that I had a 65mm pulley until the 62mm pulley arrived and looked suspiciously similar... the baffle did not make a considerable noise reduction, and all of my boost leak detection ended up being basically for naught as the TGVs were responsible for the boost pressure disappearance. All that said, I'm probably in about $1000 in supercharger and supercharger accessories, and I think getting to the same state learning from these mistakes could be done for half as much.
