Just imagine how much work it'd be to keep them from falling out of the sky? Do some looking here on KZbin. Deplorable!

Lovely

Its a good thing its an aircraft engine, and a radial one at that otherwise I cant imagine how much engineering would have to go in to that engine to figure out how to get it to run upside down.

Each LCH head is about 100 grams lighter than the stock Jabiru head so this x 6 you initially do save weight, but then when you add the radiator coolant and hoses you typically will have about a 5 lbs gain total, its never been enough to warrant a balance adjustment. After LCH is fitted to a 3300 its like flying a 130 hp Rotax 912, only a ton smoother and less expensive to run :) Email me for more info paul@rotecaerosport.com

I know you have to been asked, but... any plans for a double row?

Lower rocker covers is oil scavenged out of them ?
@fb28004 жыл бұрын
All the rocker boxes including the lower ones are drained into the lower mini sump where an engine driven scavenge pump moves the oil back to the remote main oil tank. The very lowest caps will trap some oil. But not much.

What is the overall weight on a completely assembled engine…give or take?
@fb2800 Жыл бұрын
About 115kg complete. About the same weight as an O-200
