I’m considering fullfiled by merchant personally. I’m planning to buy clearance video games, and then selling them on Amazon at near to, or slightly below RRP. Since I’m in the U.K, next day shipping is easily done and packaging & postage can be very cheap. I did some number crunching, it’s around £2 postage for a video game, and 10p for the packing bag.

FBA you have to buy in bulk and ship it to Amazon, FBM you can ship from your supplier directly to the customer upon order.

Is it possible to do make this decision on a per item basis or do you have to choose one or the other when setting up an Amazon merchant account? For the most part FBA is the better option, but a scenario could arise where an item I decide to carry could be shipped for the price of a postage stamp and makes no sense to have to pay Amazon $2-$3 to ship it. That's a critical couple bucks when you are first starting out. I apologize if this was a dumb question, I'm clearly brand new to the idea of doing something like this.

Good content bad Presentation, by that I just mean the audio. You gotta remember people are here to hear what you have to (say) adding music is not helping and it makes hearing your voice alot harder. Think of any movie ever that you have watched in the past year. The only time anyone is ever speaking in it when music is going on is when there in a club saying hey its load in her wanna go outside and chat.. other times you hear music it's for cut scenes or intros. Less music please makes for better watching/ listening experience for the viewers & better made content for you eveyone wins 🏆

Hey Camron, I like your video, very good. I have noticed alot of what you're saying about the pros and cons of FBA to be true in my own business (I too only sell FBA thus far). The only thing I'd like to add, and see what you think about this, is about keeping your inventory in stock during peak seasons. I sell alot of halloween and Christmas foods, and they have a time crunch on them big time (no pun intended) so when Amazon randomly decides that my halloween candy needs an FC transfer for 2 weeks, thats a big problem. On top of that they have their meltable restrictions in place where I am not even allowed to ship to them till october, so if they delay it like this sometimes a product that needs to sell for Halloween only goes active after Halloween. It can be a little crazy. Not sure if you can offer any help here, I figure this is just the way it is, but I was just curious what you thought about these kinds of issues as just another Con to add to your list. Thanks man! That's a good point...the time it takes them to get your inventory in and transfer it around over Q4 can take all of Q4 lol if you are a big seller I would have an FBM option that is always on deck.
