AMEN MY FRIEND! AND SO ARE MINE AND EVERYONE WHO CALLS UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD TO SAVE THEM AND CHANGE THEIR LIVES. HOPE TO MEET YOU IN GOD'S KINGDOM ALONG WITH MILLIONS OF OTHER CHRISTIANS ONE DAY! TIME IS GETTING SHORT SO KEEP ON LOOKING UP BECAUSE ONE DAY HE'S GOING TO SURPRISE THIS WORLD WHEN HE COMES BACK IN AN INSTANT WITH 10 THOUSANDS OF HIS SAINTS (US IN THE RESURRECTION), ALONG WITH ALL OF HIS ANGELS. ETERNITY.......SO MUCH TO LOOK FORWARD TO THAT IT HASN'T EVEN ENTERED OUR MINDS. THANK YOU JESUS! FROM KALISPELL, MT. 3/5/22

That's because the Gaithers sang it in one of the Homecomings as well as Brooklyn Tabernacle choir. It has been on the internet for many years.

SO TRUE JESUS MY SAVIOUR! I LISTEN TO THIS SONG EVERY DAY AND LOVE, LOVE TO SING WITH CHOIRS AND PRAISE OUR GOD! THIS SINFUL WORLD IS WINDING DOWN AND FROM STUDYING GOD'S WORD ABOUT END-TIME PROPHECIES, ONE CAN SEE AND FEEL IN OUR SPIRIT THAT TIME IS GETTING SHORT, AND HIS RETURN IS DRAWING NEAR TO SAVE THIS WORLD THAT MAN HAS TRIED TO DESTROY. OH, FOR GOD'S KINGDOM TO COME......SOON! KALISPELL, MT. 3/5/22

The conductor who inspires the choir and the orchestra is wonderful.

Thank God for I was born in Europe, in real freedom, in secularism, in freedom of thought, in sexual freedom. Moreover, I was born in a place where i can find a real, deep, mystical-rooted religiosity instead of that sick, superficial fundamentalism.

Sabendo da história desta musica, ela adquire mais importância: os escravos cantavam sobre a graça imensurável de Deus em suas prisões, eles sabiam que podiam confiar em Deus

too contemporary for me. Don't like modern "worship teams" out in front. Takes away from the rest. When the entire choir sings in beautiful, blended harmony, it's way better.
@song1writer2 ай бұрын
Totally disagree... I think the Blended communicates the message Beautifully. The message of Grace is most important.
@mwalveyАй бұрын
Too contemporary for me. I could never sing this version of Amazing Grace that is so close to the long standing traditional melody, yet deviates in 3 different places. It really would be much better to create a totally new melody, rather than deface a beautiful original. Just an opinion . . .
