people gotta realize, as long as rap music exists in its current form, this will continue generation after generation. Rap can be beautiful and it can be ugly. Rap can be entertainment and it can be a lifestyle. If you've been listening to songs about murdering people and songs that encourage you to do things that will make your life unsuccessful and hard, you internalize that. I wish black people wake up one day and hold this rap industry accountable. It has a lot of blood on its hands, but it gets away with it because murder sounds good to a beat. RIP to these young boys. It's so easy to rise up from poverty. When you're at the bottom, you can't do nothing but rise up. It's too easy to get a little trade, get a little job, and just live a normal life paying your bills and sustaining yourself. Put those 8 hours of work in everyday and build up your retirement so that you can go on vacations when you turn 60. Instead of doing that, this rap industry is turning our youth into kamikazes. They wnat them to crash out, die...god forbid our youth grow up to be responsible men, because if that happens, ghettos might not exist anymore..and poverty in thought and financially might cease to exist..It just boggles the mind, if you see someone walking and step on a landmine, you know you gotta be careful. But rap has a way of deleting our memories like goldfish.

It would be nice to see people settle their differences in other ways, instead of the norm. I would rather see Brothers put on boxing gloves, and fight it out. And end it right there. I hope that as Black people we can develop some better strategies and ways to deal with our differences. It only promotes single motherhood.

Seen this same statement in various forms. I agree. Let alone both of them men, duck and brick have plenty of mugshot records from their youth into adulthood. @@lanellenglish2423 She lost 2 sons not. 3-4. And you go ahead and live with no money. Never said they missed a meal. Hell Duck size can tell you that🤣😩. And they did have morals. We can teach our kids and raise them the best we can. But once some hit them streets it changes them. And trust me I never was around Brick like that just a few times. But I know for sure Duck didn’t fight every fight. It was plenty of times he let issh ride. Even given his oops passes. Even sitting at his momma house or Ms. Boosie house to stay out of issh. But still you can do all that. But if someone want you out the way. They will get you out the way. You may try to change. But the opps don’t give a damn about you changing or trying to do right.. All I’m saying is if Sheena had the money to move her kids to a better area she would have. I can guarantee she would have did anything not to raise them the way she had to. It’s not like she had a option and chose to raise them in the hood.

I remember when brick had posted a picture of Parkway Gardens and the caption said "I'm about to say fuck it and just March right up in that bitch" I left a comment saying, the clock is running out on him. Not to long after I got that rap catch-up notification with that sad music playing. 2017 was a rough year for that side. Smh RIP Brick, Duck, Coby and everyone from both sides. So many people gone.

imagine how terrifying that is… you chilling outside with your cousin and in a split second, he’s face down or on his back bleeding out from the head, dead… then you get shot at and merely escape to your back gate, only to be met by someone waiting on you to confirm the kill… I can not imagine the amount of adrenaline and emotions he felt in his final 30 seconds or however long. like literally bro, imagine running away from shooting thinking ur about to get away, just to run into someone as you look straight down their gun barrel in the back alley 🥴 shit is wicked

We as a people are so sick, I love black people but to see us struggle with this program gets really annoying, to the point where I hate being black, not because I hate black because I love it, I just hate to see us die, I just hate to see us with no family structure, I just hate to see us filling up the ghettos and jails, and I hate the most when we as a people really just don't give a fuck about one another, it's sick
