SWAT officer fired the 9th shot so soon after the 8th shot, it was disputed that there actually was a 9th shot. The Secret Service sniper's shot, ~ 5 seconds later, was counted as the 9th shot. We now know it was the 10th shot. What I want to know is, unless the SWAT officer knew there was a man with a gun on AGR roof, how could he run out, aim and fire so fast, that the sound of his shot almost merged with the 8th shot? Human beings can't move that fast. HE HAD TO KNOW where the threat was and already be in position, or almost there. Since he knew about the threat, why didn't Secret Service know?
