Taking the 3 control arms off that you did, there was no need for an alignment? I'm about to swap a 3.27 in place of the stock. I'm thinking of getting a full alignment anyway but just wondering.

I eventually did an alignment definitely good for a IRS car anyway. 3.27 is the best IMO heck ya.

I knew I wouldn't be satisfied with a 3.27 whent frome stock 2.92 to 3.45 out of a Camaro. 1st gear is about a 3 second run and won't hook up at all from a start or a roll. Pulls super hard on a roll in second,max tac in about 7 seconds.

I had to throw 100lbs in the trunk on the street and run a 28x11.50 et street R then it would dead hook at 650 whp… it’s a little harder now lol

I see you have "Stability Control Off" and "ABS/Brake" lit up on your DIC. I'm having the same issue after adding Forgestar D5 wheels and Pedders XA coilovers. Also saw in another one of your videos you said you replaced you ABS Sensors. Did replacing ABS Sensor(s) fix the "Stability Control Off" and ABS lights shown in this video?
I still haven’t fixed that issue, Mine actually came after a Fourth of July burn out. I’ve had it on a snap on scanner and it’s still saying my drivers side sensor is bad so that’s why the lights are still lit up. I either got a bad sensor out of the box or my wires to the sensor have an issue.

How’s the rear end holding up? Like it with boost or you planning to swap to 3.27?
@Adrenalinedrivenmedia2 жыл бұрын
After it’s running on the twins I might go to the 3.27 we’ll see how it runs with the 3.45

How much was is for the lsa supercharger and getting it installed ?
@Adrenalinedrivenmedia Жыл бұрын
Here is the kit brand new... boostdistrict.com/collections/g8-supercharger-kit/products/g8-gt-lsa-supercharger-kit-8-rib-oem-drive-brand-new That being said you could probably piece it all together for less used. Install cost I would imagine they would charge you 6 plus hours at a $100+/hr plus tuning~ $1200 plus. It's an easy install though.

Was the diff a manual diff and worked with auto
@Adrenalinedrivenmedia Жыл бұрын
I don’t believe there is a difference only when comparing axles… I have bought 3 different ones and they all worked. (2) 3.27’s and a 3.45
@raypowell52683 жыл бұрын
Do you think the 327 are better for boost then the 345?
@Adrenalinedrivenmedia3 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure yet the gears are definitely shorter and you can tell. I really won’t know until I hit the track. I wish I had a better answer right now but 1-3 are pretty quick. There are a lot of fast g8’s in the 9’s on the same rear end
@1bad83 жыл бұрын
So what are you doing with the 3.27 lol?? 👀
@Adrenalinedrivenmedia3 жыл бұрын
I’d love to offer it up but I sent it to another G8 guy in eastern Washington dammit lol. His car is pretty stout it made 730/980. Thanks for watching if I ever take anything off and you want it feel free to ask again 😎

You can buy new bushings but other than that it’s just bolt in. Everything lines up.
