And also, Spouse and children also get Residence Permit. Better invest in Azerbaijan!, a Euro Asian country.

phase 13 they declared 20M and we have to pay the 7e tax on such rates. if the govt think this is the real price of phase 13, v are ready to surrender the property and govt should buy back at same rates 😅

Phase 13 dha city commercial are exorbitant. FBR rate for one marla commercial phase 13 is Rs 13302100 per marla .😮
