My Suggestions for more realistic experience: -A320neo's inner spoilers won't move when turning (like in real life) -spoilers movement will be slowed down (while turning, because they currently seem to be too reactive) -flaps will shake when decelerating on the runway during landing like in real life This would be all for now. I noticed those small things while I flew today and I wondered if y'all could fix that. But I still appreciate the time and effort y'all put in this aircraft so the whole community can have more fun. Thank you.

This is of course on the list, but spoilers can't be animated on msfs 3D model. It will have to wait for a new 3D model

Currently work is done on Normal Operations. When abnormal ops (failures) are finished, there exists the possibility of variants in the A320 family. Which variants will be built, or when, or if they will be created at all is left uncertain intentionally to prevent feature-creep and manage expectations. But yes, if the A32NX is finished, and the devs are still interested, there could be an A321 or A319 or other such plane.

Not until Asobo allow us to access the WX and TERR APIs, which they have started working on.

Just tried it and it was pretty cool but has no effect on the flight model. I can make it so there is no pressure, none of the control surfaces move but the plane flies perfectly fine.
