Women’s career mode is something I am looking forward to tbh. They teased it abit with the Women’s World Cup and I actually enjoyed the game play, as it is refreshing since women move differently on the pitch and players play differently, and there are less “superstars” with crazy stats so tactics play a big part. Those who are thrashing this should hold their judgment until it’s out and actually playing it.

My opinion on the features: Live start points/ Snapshots : More like a gimmick feature. I doubt many are going to use it more than once or twice. Customisation: Very useful and much needed feature. Match Intros: Idk how they were dumb enough to think removing it was a good decision. They were anyways skippable. FC IQ: The idea is good but we'll have to see how much it actually effects the experience. Youth Academy: Again good changes. But hopefully there is some aging features. Women's Career: Great addition. The change of men to women's team is kinda awesome feature imo. Morale Meter & Press Conferences: I hope there is some way to turn these off in customisation as well. The press conferences soon get boring so if possible give a way to toggle the whole cutscene and just answer the question for the boosts and the morale feature gets annoying at times. Overall good changes but still some minor things like kit customisation, sponsorships, ticket prices all which were old features could have been included to make a proper overhaul. Right now it feels like the main feature is just the youth academy one rest are just old stuff that they now give options to turn on or off. FC IQ could be great or may turn into some annoying part of the game like scouting training etc was for some.

Player career mode needs a big improvement, the way u transfer teams is horrible, you should get a couple offers at the end of the season and pick, not this “oh get 20 assists as a striker”. Make it so you can choose to go on transfer or loan in January which was scrapped this fifa

Exactly, in fifa before i had to hand in a transfer request and then save and load the game so many times untill accidently a good offer came. Now this year was unplayable i had 27 goals in my first eredivisie year, but to go to psv i had to score 16x outside the 16 meter and 77 goal contributions , what a dumb thing to add to a game 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

EA have to change the transfer balance system within the game! It's always been my biggest criticism of career mode. You shouldn't be able to just buy all the best players in the game within 3-4 seasons. It should be done coinsided with FFP and the amount you get to spend calculated by FFP and the amount of money your club generates based on the size of the club. But also the game needs to be flexible to change clubs situations, so over a 10 year period you can increase your clubs structure by doing things like building a new stadium. But at the expense of have tiny budgets for multiple seasons to follow, while the debt is played off. Also the player overall ratings need to change much more abruptly, as they do in real life. Rashford is a good example of how much a players form can change from one season to the next. Form and overall need to be merged together and go up and down much more abruptly. Also team chemistry is so important and we haven't had it for decades! We should have it and it should be calculated in a very complex way... involving the way the manager plays compared to the player, how long the player has been with the groupe of players, if the player is playing in their favoured position, if the players form is high or low compared to their starting overall etc etc. There are so many ways they could give us a fantastic career mode busting with immersion but they just never do. I've bought the game every year since fifa 97 because I love gaming and football but last year I decided enough was enough. I'm not going to buy the game every year any more with false hope just to be disappointed year after year by a greedy company just cutting and pasting and counting the billions.

Most of these "new features" (social media - which was in Alex Hunter player CM, live start - which was in 13, 14) won't even work at all or will be buggy! This is a game where it is impossible to loan a player in, have they fixed it in FC 24? Don't know That's when you (people who do not learn from experience) realise you've been fooled, again! Please try to understand. If the intention was to make career mode enjoyable you'd get, The ability to increase stadium capacity and design, with the profit you make. You wouldn't have to press buttons to scout for each and every player in your preliminary scout report in GTN, they're just wasting your time. If you wanted to scout certain players first a priority function will take care of that. You'd get an actual difficulty where you're in control of the match. Right now if you lose you know it was not because you played worse than the AI and if you win you know it is only because the game allows you to. Not to mention the difficulty is too hard or too easy. World class is too easy for me and legendary is too difficult.

I just really one 2 things for the career mode. 1 be able to use a copa libertadores/sudamericana team to start a career mode (I want to choose Guayaquil’s Barcelona to start my career as both manager or player). 2 to have the old training & goals system where each training helps you to get a higher stat in what you want AFTER you max out your level in players career mode (so if I made a 95 striker that only has 50 passing, I want to have challenges like do 100 short passes to increase short passes or have my player training in passes to increase my pass stats). And a nice + would be that they upgrade all options for when you create a club (for example be able to use one color your shirt and a different one for your shorts when selecting my teams uniform; or be able to build your team’s stadium selection where this is going to be and choosing how it’s going to look from outside and inside, and if you want to upgrade from a 10k spectators stadium to a 15-20k spectators you need to pay for that upgrade and you won’t be able to use the full or part of the stadium for sometime while this is getting upgraded, same thing if you want to build a brand new stadium you need to pay for the land, construction, etc; or have your youth team to play in your stadium to increase either their loyalty to the club, their current reating or potential, their fame, get better opportunities to sign younger players or get better players from your scouts. (Having your youth team look like a team would be nice to. Having a keeper, defenders, midfielders and strikers and no just the players you scout))

The one feature I would absolutely adore would be "Classic Career Modes". A gamemode where you can go back in time and play during older eras. Imagine picking up as Alex Ferguson after the 1999 Treble, play as Real Madrid or Barcelona with young Ronaldo and Messi, could you go unbeaten in the Premier League against the invincibles? It would be such a huge update that I'd be more than willing to pay for it as a seperate game or a complete DLC. Being able to go back and rewrite history with your favourite players and teams would be incredible.

load of crap, the real questions are, does the ball still stays with them after i tackle? when u slide inside the box and get the ball is it still a pen? when i pass with a trough ball does it get to the player i aim or will it automatically end in the opponent feet? when i take a corner do i still concede a 100% goal at the other end(ProClubs)? do i still win 5-0 against City/Madrid/PSG and loose to notarealteam united with bunch of 30 overall players from the 79 division?

Tell them t add a trophy room in career mode to see your achievements either as a manager/team or Individual/player trophies, and also they need to remove the transfer market scout that doesn't make sense at all to not see the players rating where in real life we know a player overall because we watched it every week, they could move the transfer scout to the potential of a player or how quickly he could develop that's where you could need a scout to tell you if this player is developing fast or slow, or he needs work or whatever, I HOPE YOU'LL SEE THIS COMMENT.

The snapshot/live start point feature kind of reminds me of Scenarios in FIFA 13 PS2 version. I really like that feature and glad to have something similar and more modern.

Rush needs removing!! Its unrealistic and just a stupid of a decision than removing the pre-match intros.. Replace them with 11 vs 11 Training Matches!! We want Career Mode to be REALISTIC!!

If I designed FIFA games, I’d make a career mode where when you selected your club, you could also select the season you wanted to start until you reached the present/current season. For example, if I picked Chelsea, I’d start 03/04 season.

Are scouted and young players still going to max out development at 21 yrs old instead of 26-28-30? Are we still getting game ratings of 7.3 or 8.2 when scoring 5 goals and getting 3 assists? Are players not getting goals still never going to get ratings better than 7.2 no matter how well your team plays? Are we still not going to be able to identify potential growth outside of the youth academy? You say no giant CBs at 15… so that means players can actually still grow in height and muscle until they are 18 or 20? Or are we stuck with undersized players forever? But I will admit I like the idea of playing youth events for added growth. Origin stories sound neat, but was a non-priority compared to all the unimproved fails, year over year.

Nice the added proper game intro now, adds to authentic build up. Unfortunately biggest issue in the game is CDM’s still wonder up the pitch and leave backline exposed - unless I actually drag them into position - then the other CDM wonders off

How much is EA paying you? All those features are rubbish, they know what the vast majority of career mode players want. The only way this game is going to change is when 2K release their game and forces them to improve or disappear ( Just like NBA Live that got absolutely trashed by 2k) nothing against you mate, but they dont deserve any hype for their rubbish update ( Thats what every fifa game has been since 2017, and generally for the worse).

when it comes to the finances lots of the women’s teams rely on expired contracts. it is no different to if you were playing as a league two team. the fact you can opt to switch between the two is brilliant news if you ever get bored as well brings more longevity as well
