It’s nonsense, everyone plays 90 plus depth & if you don’t you get pushed back all game , passing is useless,tackles are useless pressure tactics are too op stupid game made by people that don’t understand football game is finished

I've used this and the gap in the midfield is hard to use , between your cdm and the shadow striker the opp has a 2 cm system it's hard to link your attacks

Try playmaker at CAM I prefer it in this formation for the reason you said... Shadow striker stays forward and there is a gap in the midfield
