Just added FC25 to my wish list. Played some of the older versions, but just felt it was lacking because it did not include women. I was happy to see women in Ultimate Team last year, but ot was missing in the career modes.

You can, but you can't manage both a mans and a womens team at the same time, you have to get sacked or check jobs to switch between each
