Promote Casado, keep Bernal at Atletic and keep him close in first team dynamic for future promotion. He was able to motivate Messi and Neymar after the two had a pretty weak first half in Enrique's debut season, and won a treble, but he's not a great tactical coach that will bring you glory in the long run. Hansi Flick has a lot of potential, he'll bring some of that famous German discipline to the training and conditioning... and boy, does this squad need better conditioning, last they were terrible physically. Hansi Flick understands how important that is for a long season, and he brought his own fitness coaches. All that remains to be seen is how his tactics will fit in within this squad. He promises a more direct style of play, and i'm for once very excited about that, because the team style of play in recent years was slow and ineffective.
