the oil pan is not so bad, but if you buy the kit from FCP, make sure you get the long bolt specifically for the f10 oil pan.

T27? WHAAAATTT? The ONLY place a T27 ever existed on a BMW, is on the original ZF trans pan bolts. Those are all long gone by now

Pretty sure the short bolts are 8nm 90 degrees. Not 180. Long bolts are 8nm 180.
