fcx24 treal 12+mm links and 43mm shocks! our new vertical king!

Today we are taking a dive into some treal extended links shocks and an amazon metal diff. This is the best vertical rig we have now with some of treals 12+mm rear links. This thing turned out great and can't wait for more future upgrades!

Looks so good. Did the same to my FCX today. Got the RC4WD high clear links up front, Injora wheels and tyres. You are right with the Treal back links, really good.

I drilled about 4 different holes in all the shock mounting points helps set ride height ..get the links level it will help with the break over

I agree, I think the Treal extended rear kit is the best length. I just put the high clearance aluminum links and extended link kit on my Power Wagon.

Sweet rig! I have the same truck and I put mccue rear links on back when it was the only thing available. I don’t get much flex out of it though so thinking about switching it up. Did you paint your body?

@@jayf2487 I spray painted it. The only thing is that when you flip over enough the paint will probably start scratching up

I like Treal for the most part. I have an Axial scx24 full of their parts, but my shocks sucked. They don't hold oil and they bind.

Are the shocks made for oil? Not all shocks can hold oil

@@farmboyrc They don't specifically say one way or another, but they have all the standard oil capturing bits inside of them.
