FDRS 2024 - My Path to Healing and Recovery with Lipo-Lymphedema

I was diagnosed with stage 3 type 3 and 4 lipolymphedema in the summer of 2022. With my doctor's guidance, surgery, exercise, a degree in nutrition, and extended research on lipedema, I have successfully managed to lose 160lbs and reversed my diagnosis stage. I am currently training for the Ironman triathlon in CDA Idaho to be held in June of 2024. I have a degree in nutrition with an emphasis on hormones and one in Psychology. I am sharing my journey that included nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits, pain management, psychological treatments to encourage others that there is hope.
