Hello! First of all, these videos have been extremely helpful for my review, thank you! Second, I am still not sure why By must be equal to zero. Wouldn't the sum of the forces in y (setting them equal to zero) be "Ay + By = P"(?) I am probably missing a basic assumption but I would appreciate clarification! Thank you.

Exactly at the point of tipping (or rotation), By would be equal to zero! Remember, normal force is like bathroom scale force. If a scale was under By, at the point of tipping, it would read zero.
