I'm late af but: It's possible that it's not perfectly sync'd, but more likely is that since the video is in a relatively low framerate from what I can see, it just doesn't have as much information/frames per second to sync to the audio in the first place. So the frame that has the hit (if there even is one) might not appear to land perfectly in sync.
