It's actually more of a sprite bug. When Judgement dies in the White Mold Apartments, his corpse sprite turns into that of the giants

Ik it’s a joke but for those that are taking it serious you can see the movements of the eyelids underneath the eye patch. Source: someone who used to have an eyepatch
