Weirdly kind of off topic, but do you have any properties within 20 mins of UNCW for under $175k? I make decent money, $20+ hr, supervisory role, and the market has been rough since I initially moved here. Looking to buy in may/june at the latest.

Hey Connor, The only property currently that I know of that would fit that is located Campus Edge Dist 5. Think asking is $115K for a 2bd/2ba condo, set up is to be able to rent each separate each room with private bath, patio and entry...shared kitchen at living space. Think each rents around $600. Would be a lot cheaper then renting if you just rent out the other room..
