Honestly bro, if I become a teacher in the future I would've been worried as well for my students future especially with problems they carried by themselves with no one to comfort them during crucial time. The feeling of seeing my students failed would impact me as well cause I didn't teach them well enough and to help them enough with their problem and solutions

No need to wait, you can already connect deeply with and care for the people around you. Better start with few people first before engaging with whole classes at a time. Though, to be a little pessimistic, being a teacher might ultimately 'dilute' your empathy with yourself possibly becoming exasperated or exhausted by the sheer volume of people. Not to mention, it'll become your 'job' so you can lose the passion.
