Most of what we heard was based on hearsay but if true, that Santiago accused John of stealing his mail, why on Earth would John go over to give Santiago the mail he was accused of stealing? You can't just accuse people of wrongdoing based solely on your perceptions. John had no motive to harass his neighbor and the only thing we know for certain is the witness who saw an unprovoked attack by Santiago against John who delivered the kill-shot while the victim lay incapacitated on the ground. That's all I need to know to deduce who was the sh*t stirring, POS!

The very fact that Santiago accused John of stealing his parcel (which John was nice enough to ensure he rec'd) based solely on his perceptions spoke volumes about his pent up issues. And most of what we heard was based on hearsay except for the witness who saw the unprovoked attack against John and who delivered the kill-shot while the victim lay incapacitated and defenseless on the ground. One of these sh*t-stirring POS who pulls the PTSD card out whenever he wants to blame everyone else for his own, poor choices. Blah, blah, blah...
