The seadramon will be able to attack in the scenario u showed as rush let’s u ignore summoning sickness it doesn’t care if u onplayed it or evolved it.

But it will lose rush if you digivolve on top of Seadramon because the is tied to Seadramon specifically and it doesn’t give the whole stack

kinda late to the party but ill give some of my opinions on the deck since i played this otk style of plesiomon from the day it released in bt14 and its one of my favorite decks. blitz omni is a must inclusion for this deck since he is that last attack that u usually need. kinda wish i saw this video earlier couse that werega x tech is great. in my list i went all in on the otk. i maxed out on blue training, boost and hammer spark (rip best card). my otk combo was designed to be able to kill from pushing out gomamon (so u are also unblockable) from 3 memory u get from davis. for the combo u needed 2 boost/training which isnt hard since u play 8 of them lol and i ran gorillamon (searchable with goma x) for a 1 cost evo so i can fit in plesiomon in those 3 memory. 2 sec+1 checks from plesio and blitz omni clear 5 sec, so for the last attack there were different options available like sora and joe +2 mem (or another boost) into a hybrid, promo goma inherit and hammer spark, or just another body that smashed into security since u usually went for the combo with the second stack. in my opinion joe is a deceptively bad card. it reads really good but in practice its just clunky. in theory its a 2 mem tamer that will constantly give you advantage but for it to be that cheap ur opponent needs to have a digimon with sources when u play it; and since u want to play this card early, ur opponent will usually have an empty board with mons in the breeding area while developing boosts and trainings or something, maybe having a lvl 3 searcher on the board. all in all u will rarely get the full value of it so it becomes a 3 cost do nothing (just play mem boost). late game u wont have the time nor tempo to play out this guy couse ull focus on evolving to plesiomon as quickly as possible and this guy doesnt help with that. It makes more sense in a control variant of the deck tbh. Wave of reliability is also unnecessary, its really situational and there are better ways to get that extra check (just play mem boost/training). If u drop joe like i suggest this also becomes a dead card most of the time. Also post bukamon limit u should probably play betamon couse u need that jamming and seadramon is just not enough. the deck was so fun to terrorize locals with but unfortunately bukamon limit is just too much of a hit couse the deck relies so much on jamming but doesnt have it as part of the archtype (gomamon with jamming inherit bandai pls). i tried adapting the list without it but it became too inconsistent so i ultimately shelved the deck. For anyone reading this that wants to play this type of playstyle, miragegaomon is ur guy. It was always a better version of this playstyle and it is still playable after the buka limit couse it doesnt rely on it for jamming since it has archetypal ways of getting that jamming.

New player here, i think a similar version of this will be my first deck I build! Gomamon is my fav! I'm wondering if it's worth swapping one or two plesiomon for vikemon ace and whether i should run one or two Tommy tamers?

welcome to the tcg! yea this deck was made prior to vike being released. it may change drastically and not run the plesio x since it can not evo over the vike

@@SpideyPlaysTCG Update to this, vikemon works really well but you’re right it almost makes plesiomon x redundant unfortunately. Although I tried imperialdramon ace as a replacement which can be pretty funny to end games with. Maybe the upcoming ex7 hexeblaumon might work here too with the downside of being less searchable. I personally run the Aegisdramon variant which relies on playing stuff out from their own sources. I am thinking about adding in the source removal package to make a hybrid between the two. Any recommendations?

Blue hybrid is better imo ageis is to slow and doesn’t have protection. Hybrid you can pop off in 1 turn. As for mixing the two i dont think it could work
