Fearne and Mama, thank you for this lovely chat. I’ve only recently come across you and your work, I mainly live under a rock lol. I love that you’re putting out a grounded ‘spiritual’ message from a more mainstream position. It makes my heart sing when I see so many people speaking the same language, recommending the same practical stuff for life, like you did here, that a few years ago would have been considered woo-woo.
