What a mess her n her 'relationship' is.. poor kid has to deal with two separated parents..who aren't actually separated? But engaged? But don't live together? @@jadebel7006what's your problem. Perrie and Alex know what to do and how to deal with their kid. Ever heard of long distance relationship. Both of them work, and that in different industries, so they can't be together 24x7. Great tip, if you’re feeling like a horrid human and worrying about what people think about you, do a positive data log each day. Write down all of the small kind things you’ve done each day. So for example, you open the door for someone, you make someone a cup of tea, you’ve exercised - all great things, that might mean you’re helpful, kind, thoughtful. Write down what those things could have meant to the person you’ve helped. Smiled, told someone their scarf is nice. Remember that you’re a decent human being ❤

I lost a friend too, just drifted apart but also I think we too often just write off as oh we just drifted apart. it's never that simple. it the passive actions, assumptions and undealt hurt that pulls as apart. I still to date dont understand how we got here, but year it is what it is.

I ended up in the hospital & meeting with cardiologists so many times because I thought something was wrong with my heart. All tests were normal and it was panic attacks!! My partner goes into the office two weeks in the month and I work from home 24/7. So for 2 weeks I’m alone during the day and for a little while, he had to ask to work from home indefinitely for about 6 months in 2023 because I just felt like I couldn’t be alone because I’d die. I lived this life for so so many years and it was beyond horrific and then at 37 I was diagnosed with autism and life changed beyond belief because I felt like those answers saved me and like I had permission to not force myself in to situations where anxiety happened as much as. So iv had had nearly no panic attacks. I think sometimes we don’t have to force ourselves to face every single thing we can except some things are to much and that’s helped me so much it’s given me freedom which is strange I suppose

22:27 What Perrie said about “It had to get worse so it could get better” I truly understood that, because felt the same way before feeling the way I feel now, I had to go deep down with my anxiety and my depression until there was nothing to do than just stand up and say “okay let’s give everything I have to get better” and it worked. As they said we don’t know if it’s temporary or not but I’m trying everyday alongside my therapist to be a better version of myself and it truly helps to know that someone I’ve always admire understands somehow what I’ve been through

What bugs me about double standers is when a dad is at home with his kid and people say oh he’s babysitting no he’s not babysitting his parenting. So much of my sisters friends or even her boyfriend would say I’m babysitting my kids when he lives at home and he doesn’t work so that bugs me.
