Honestly, when you're in a scene with an actor of his caliber, unless you're bringing 100% what he can, you will pale in comparison, there's just nothing for it. She served her purpose, and the twist they did was brilliant. I commend her for trying this, and making it through it, and you'll never hear the actors from this show giving her anything but praise for what she did. So the haters can just get over it. Freddie is a so good actor : charlie and the chocolate factory, the good doctor, bates motel... every time he's incredible and this remake of psycho with Rihanna is pretty interesting. They have respected some thiny details and changed big things at the same time like the murder of the boyfriend by Norman himself and not his mother ! The atmosphere is perfect, the actors are faboulus... Bravo à tous !

Ri-Ri did excellent. And I'm not saying that cuz I'm a fan. She was really believable. I had no idea she was on this. Although I don't get the channel that airs this show, but I still thought there would have been a general buzz around it. Maybe there was and I didn't know cuz I don't watch the news or mainstream tv. I like the twist, but at the same time, I think it would have been more tragic if Rihanna's character, Marion, had died, BECAUSE she already had a tragic life up until that point and because she was such a good person. That's what makes you feel sorry for a person when they die --- when they are a really good person who didn't seem to derserve it. Even though we didn't have as comprehensive a backstory with Janet Leigh's "Marion," I still got a sense that she was a generally good person who made one major mistake was taking the $, and she was going to even give it back, but she was killed before she could. When Marion's beau in this version gets killed, we don't feel sorry for him cuz he deserved it. And chances are, nobody's aside from his wife is ever gonna know he went missing. If Rihanna's "Marion" had died, it would've been the more sad that by the time he finally came to his senses, it would have been too late, and the fact that she had nobody else to care for her her entire life BUT her boyfriend, and he betrayed her and she died completely alone would have made the impact just ---- UUUNNNHHH!!!
