I do have to say I'm really surprised that there was hardly any mention of the kill scene that, by my estimation, was by far the most talked-about in the film: Cameron. Though it certainly wasn't the most gory of the Michael Myers encounters in the film, I think it really struck people in a different, perhaps more emotional, way. A lot of fans also complained about how drawn-out his death was, thus making it even more tedious. I myself didn't find it all that hard to watch, but I'm definitely in the minority.

In nurse Marion’s death the only thing I would have done differently would have been to have one bullet in the gun for dramatic effect so she gets one shot into him and leaves her mark that would have been outstanding

(See 8:30) You were "honestly never intending to put it in the movie..." Really? Did you tell your makeup FX artist that before he painstakingly created that appliance and managed somehow to glue it to the actor's face so its weight wouldn't cause it to drop off? How about the cast and crew that were still on the clock while you filmed this whimsical little vignette for your "own sick pleasure and entertainment" with no intention of it being seen in the final cut of the movie? If this is true, that's definitely a luxury few directors can afford on a shoot. ....And come to think of it, with all of the gory deaths depicted in "Halloween Kills," you didn't feel your "own sick pleasure" had been entertained enough before this? Lord have mercy.
