Pwede naman talagang alternative ang knorr sinigang mix na pam-pa asim para sa bistek, matagal ko na ring ginagawa yan. Even before pa na may knorr tamarind cubes, yun din gamit ko. But for this one ma-try ko ngang gawin din ung may gravy!! All time fave yang bistek, tapos maraming onions. Kada bahay may different version din talaga ng bistek eh. Yung lechon baka must try din, susubukan ko yan lalo na pwede pang handa sa nalalapit na pasko..
