I have only eaten cream "carbonara" my whole life until I tried Luciano version. It completely blew my mind and have never tasted carbonara that good.

I believe the stress should be on the second syllable--kiNilaw. Can the locals confirm? I have never heard any bisaya say KInilaw. It's always kiNIlaw.

Dapat malinis ang lugar at lagi kayong naka gloves at palit ng palit ang gloves dapat importante talaga. Ang suot ninyo laging malinis at hindi nagpapawis at sana nakahairnet din kayo. Importante iyan sa food handling service.

Northwest Luzon is very underrated and it reminds me of growing up in Hawaii because I feel like all the Filipinos there are Ilokano and they have sorta colonized Hawaii in that way. I miss growing up engorged in our culture and food there. Thanks for sharing!
