Ninong Ry's cooking is for Filipino palate contrary to Erwan's hybrid/fusion cooking. When I was in Europe, I try to incorporate Filipino cooking to their ingredients. It's always a winner. Like when I cooked escabeche in Normandie, France. Keep up the good work, you guys! 🎉
