@@Hypernova163 N-body means it only simulates gravity, without solving equations of hydrodynamics. So the collisions of particles are either ignored completely, or it uses a simplified model.

If you make a texture that matches the mesh, then yes. It's not going to be a texture editor, though, you'll need to use Blender or something similar for that.
