I like. Ive been playing around with the landless play quite a bit, but my decades of prior experience is having me naturally want to quickly acquire land and expand my holdings. I think this will help me be motivated to stay landless for at least 1 or 2 generations, which is what I would like to do so that my head canon "family founder" can have a family tree before him. The real historical family founders in the games almost all have at least a father and grandfather before them in the official family tree. I really like the idea of having a landless dynasty and then the family being "actually" founded later as a noble family dynasty, and being able to look back up the family tree and see my starting character an his heir as holding no titles, then seeing my starting character grandson or something holding titles and knowing thats where the noble family "actually" started vs its humble origins. So many people hate CK3 for being "too RPG" as if they expect the game centered on individuals to be more like EU4 and focused on nation-states in this time period before that was even really a thing. But for those of us who play the RPG game because we understand that it isnt EU4, this stuff is neat.

Well ıntrodution of a new building type, brewery is excelent! But I wish we could get also a wineyard building line specific to the counties located near the Mediterrenian Area.

@@turkmengergin9006 Yeah there is a mod which enables achievements. But when you do your modded playthroughs it all depends what you want to do. Like for me Game of Thrones total conversion mod is great. That cause I love the series. Then there are loads of QoL mods that just makes the game fun and refreshing.

Why aren't wetlands included in the lowlands designated terrain? Where have the Dutch been living this whole time? (Yes I know the Netherlands aren't wetland terrain in-game but come on it's in the name "Netherlands")

well they do market it as event pack, not expansion so all in all new lifestyle is still pretty big
@GamerGateVeteranКүн бұрын
Its an event pack DLC, not an all out DLC. Come one man, keep up. CK3 is a massive and complex game, so the devs have been very open about the DLC schedules we get for it. Look at the "Chapters" and you see what you can expect every year. Q1 is something light but nice, Q2 is either something game-changing or something to flesh out existing mechanics, Q3 is either something game-changing or something to flesh out existing mechanics (depending on which one Q2 ended up being), and Q4 rounds out the year with a little something nice as a mostly optional DLC that adds a bit of flavor. Sprinkled in and around those are little things here and there like a clothing pack or something. The first rounds of DLC's were before they formalized what would later become the "Chapter" idea, so what was retroactively bundled as "Chapter 1" is a little different. Those early DLCs were made and released with a different, outdated development mindset that they found doesnt really work well internally or for the consumer. Chapter 2 & 3 (and 4, 5, etc) are this revised approach. Its better for everyone. Its better for the devs, its better for us to know what to expect, its better for mod creators (especially the devs of overhaul mods like ARE or GoT or similar) with less updates and a schedule of when they can expect major game changes...its just better. Plus, Q4 is when most of the major family holidays hit. If they put out a massive DLC right after a massive DLC, there is bound to be even more complex and hard to diagnose and fix bugs and errors which means not only more time focused on work leading up to the Q4 release, but massive amounts of work post-release as well...instead, having a light Q4 DLC reduced the chances of it conflicting with the recent big Q2 or Q3 expansion or older DLC's, the conflicts that may arise wont be as many or as severe, and the devs get to be humans and enjoy much deserved time to spend holidays with their families and not stuck in the office fixing a mess. As a retired indie game dev, I respect and prefer having a light/small Q4 DLC. Means less problems for me, less problems for my mods, and less post-release updates and quick-fixes.
