My bilateral leg dvt and unprovoked embolism diagnosis occurred while my weight was down at 107 and I'm 5'6". I was trying to eat as healthy as possible wfpb.

I had a DVT in popliteal vain after an unaware clot in my thigh same leg. After a month with blood thinners I can walk 1.5 miles in 30 minutes with compression stockings. I noticed a darkening of the skin in the affected area. Does it go away or does it stay? No high blood sugar or hipertensión.

if you stop the Anticoagulation medicine would it be advantageous to take a lose dose aspirin daily?

Do you think it’s okay if you are healthy (other than May Thurners) to get a gastric sleeve? My vascular doctor recommended it for me but my mom is really scared for me to do the surgery because I have May Thurners and am currently on Warfarin. I think I’m going to do it because of many reasons but one reason is because I have had hurrendous low back pain for over a year now and it started a few months before I had the dvt from my pelvis to my foot. Ever since I was hit with May Thurners and dvt I have been pretty miserable

my bro has been released from hospital and he still has clot in lungs. what exercise he can do to get rid of the clot? he is also on dialysis

I read that ppl on dialysis are at increased risk due to the port. Prob some slow walking may be best
