good job, but at 5:40 nice guidelines advise that you shouldn't use paracetamol or any antipyretics to prevent fever thus preventing febrile convulsions because they won't prevent febrile convulsions. even if the child is febrile now don't use paracetamol for febrile convulsions unless they are in pain/distressed. otherwise, just observe.

the communication style is good, but safety netting should be improved. parents should learn what to do when their child is having another febrile seizure at home - try to prevent injury by moving obstacles away from them, putting them in a soft place with blankets/pillows, not restraining them. and then timing the seizure and even recording it to show the doctor. after the convulsions are complete, it is a good idea to put the child in the recovery position. most cases, the child can stay home. but if seizure >5 minutes, child looks very sick after seizure is finished, its the first seizure or child does not wake up, call the ambulance. otherwise stay home and dont be alarmed if the child is a bit cranky for a day or 2 following this.
