FEI Chicago Dinner Meeting - "Fireside Chat" with Mellody Hobson
On Thursday, February 27, 2020, the FEI Chicago chapter enjoyed a very special fireside chat with Mellody Hobson, Co-CEO and President of Ariel Capital Investments. Interviewed by FEI Chicago Chapter President Maggie Martensen, Mellody discussed the intricacies of her professional career, the importance of financial literacy, board involvement, and diversity and inclusion.
In addition, the FEI Chicago Chapter hosted their Student Awards night. The chapter gave $15,000 to Chicago area college students in accounting or finance.
This event took place at The Union League Club of Chicago.
