February 27, 2024 Cast iron Beef n Broccoli

vacation cooking 10 oz beef n 2 cups Broccoli in a cast iron,1 tbs oyster sauce, 2 tbshoisin sauce, 3tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp hot sauce,1 tsp ginger and garlic, stock, 1 tbs cornstarch dissolved in water to thicken the sauce, sesame oil.
