Aw love your enthusiasm for these haha I'm the same with used book shops, I go through all of them! I haven't read Nightcrawling still, but it worries me just how hard it looks to read.

Have you read Know My Name by Chanel Miller? It reminded me if that. Where I cried a lot because I felt so much but the showing of sexual trauma was not gratuitous. I don't remembered being triggered at all, I was just sad.
