Niod survival 0 is a holy grail! I can’t use it on its own as a serum but I put 1-2 pumps every morning into my moisturizer. It is worth every single penny! My 2nd fav holy grail antioxidant is Paula’s choice super antioxidant. It has a lot of good antioxidants in it as well

The Mary & May Blackberry Complex Cream Essence has become a must have for me this winter. I use it late in my nighttime routine, rather than in the hydrating toner/essence step, under a moisturizer. I have mature, somewhat dry skin and rosacea, and I get good results from layering more than one product in my moisturizing step.

I put myself on a "no new/try buy". I have only bought what I need to replenish because I use it everyday only HG products. It has worked for me and I am using what I have. I have multiple moisturizers and am going through those before I buy anything new for example. I have made some lists though!!

I do sunscreen on my hands different from lotion. I put a blob on the back of one hand, then rub the backs of my hands together, then use my fingers to finish rubbing it in. But I 100% about that greasey waxy feeling of sunscreens. I want something that I don't even realize is there. I was awful about regularly putting on sunscreen until someone recommended Korean ones. I need to not feel my sunscreen on my face.

Sunscreen sticks or waxes are what I have to use around my eyes. Every cream sunscreen I’ve used migrated into and irritated my eyes. Somehow, the thicker sunscreens don’t do that. I also find the sticks useful for reapplication after washing my hands. With them, I don’t have to get gooey stuff on my palms or inner fingers that makes me want to wash my hands again.

And I couldn’t understand the label mentioning ‘night’ and I didn’t know if it meant to use it a night o tha we don’t have protection at nght…

I have one of the Etude Lip Stain. I think it’s worth saying the colours do not match what you see online. At least for me. I got something like ‘Dusty Beige’ and it was pink. It does stay on though. I also purchased BBIA Powder Lipstick in ‘Earl Grey’. Pink….it’s been my, limited, experience that the Korean formulas are great but they are all some shade of pink (with some brrrright reds).

I have the etude fix tint in mauve I wish they had light nude colors . I really love Niod survival 0 and the SD Mist has been my favorite thing for the past 4 months I start my routine with it I need to purchase another one I'm running low. I haven't really tried much new been using up stuff I have and my staples the Dermtlgy needless serum I use after essence before toner I had 2 backups of and I need to purchase another one soon. I also need to get another watery hydrating toner I am almost done with the cosrx cica toner I loved and my essence iope bio condition essence need a new one almost done . It's like an empty favs on my end ..lol cause I haven't bought anything new skincare wise in months.

I am gonna try the Scinic Prestige essence soon it looks really nice I have tried their og one and that was my first essence I fell for then it kept getting more expensive 🤣 I want to try the perricone new plazma essence the ingredients list looks amazing but the price is offensive hopefully I can find a super sale on it.

Ha... we seem to be on the same wavelength: I just started the Niod Survival 0. It's my first bottle. You always recommend a product that I've just bought or just started using. A few years ago I was diagnosed with a severe vitaminD deficiency: I was put on an daily very high dose of vitamin D for a few months and then a maintainance dose going forward. I've been feeling so much better since my levels are in the correct range! Wishing you well, Kelly!

No-buy is not sustainable for me either, the exact same thing happens. I tough it out and then go a little bit overboard aftewards. I decluttered and reorganized at the beginning of the year and realized that setting intentions and being more aware of my spending habits would be much less constrictiong and actually have more long time benefits overall. Mindful march sounds great I guess I've already started, but doing this with community will also help with sticking to it in terms of accountablilty. A vitamin deficiency is so common, and can affect so many of our bodys other systems and functions. I have been taking very highly concentrated vitamin D for a few years and just recently after some tests got the go-ahead to stop. Hope you're feeling better soon and everything evens itself out quickly. I'll be trying out the SKIN1004 toner pads with my next skincare order - since I have had the exact same commitment issue with sheet masks for the past few months. Not as scarring as your childhood memory but I've tried matte lipstick so so many times and it always ends up looking and feeling horrible. I love some kbeauty products but somehow never went for lip products, so I'll try these out. Thanks, Kelly! And on revisting old versions of yourself and old favorites in music - nostalgia - this started last fall for me and at first all I could do is see the time passed and cringe, but the more I do these packwards glances the happier they make me and the kinder I am in judging younger versions of myself. It even helps with inspiration for a shift to the order in which things are prioritized in my life.
