That was lovely, Ru. To see the cows happily munching away behind you both on what looked like extremely good quality hay. The animals are very content in that barn and your mum clearly loves each and every one. The chickens looked very comical running across the field for their piece of lettuce. What a good vlog , vidios ! Thankyou , I haven't watched in a long time . Putting your mom on the spot about changing the way we eat , spot on .really appreciated her spontaneous reaction thoughtful response and answer .But also your thoughts . As for me . I got very malnourished . To the point I was not digesting food . This was from stress , living on coffee which can deplete your B vitamins and minerals . And not eating enough real protein.and food . I had to figure it out after six doctors . EO nutrition has a channel , he is British Nutritionist . Helped me greatly . Vegetables can kill you .there are certain types and big industry promotes them . Like kale , spinach , Swiss char . All these should be consumed cooked .why they have a substance called oxcilit that bind up minerals in your body can literally kill you . This is just one example . Another is B12 with out it you will die . Some need it more than others . And it's mainly in meat .or you get injections , I have to do both now . Vitamins all bs are needed for digestion .on so it goes . Do we need vegetables yes . Loved the whole video . The calendar girls and guys . The walk .the chicken yard . All your moms animals care happy they radiate contentment . And your mom is healthy . She shines . Really enjoyed this would love to have the recipes thankyou .Rue .🎉
